Hiring Electrical Technician & Helper in Kuwait

A leading electromechanical and electrical contracting firm in Kuwait is urgently seeking a qualified, diligent, and competent Electrical Technician & Low Voltage Helper to join its team in Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot low voltage electrical wiring, conduits, cable trays, and control panels.
• Read and interpret electrical single-line diagrams, engineering schematics, and architectural layouts accurately.
• Perform routine maintenance and diagnostic testing on distribution boards, switchgear, and lighting systems.
• Utilize electrical testing tools, multimeters, and insulation testers following strict electrical safety protocols.
• Assist senior electrical engineers with site installations, cable pulling, and system commissioning.
• Maintain tools, electrical instruments, and personal protective equipment (PPE) in optimal working condition.
• Adhere strictly to Kuwait Ministry of Electricity & Water (MEW) standards and site safety regulations.

Requirements

• 2-4 Years of practical experience in low voltage electrical installations, commercial wiring, and maintenance works.
• Technical Trade Diploma or ITI Certification in Electrical Engineering.
• Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18).
• Demonstrated ability to perform duties independently and in field site crews.
• Strong technical problem-solving capabilities and commitment to workplace safety.
• Immediate availability to commence employment is highly preferred.
