Gulf Spic General Trading & Contracting Co. W.L.L. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join its Human Resources team.

Position: HR Assistant
Location: Mina Abdullah, Kuwait
Gender: Male Candidates Only
Basic Salary: KWD 275
Food & Accommodation Allowance: KWD 50
Total Package: KWD 325

 Bachelor's Degree in:

• Human Resources
• Business Administration
• Related Field

 Valid and Transferable Article 18 Visa

 Currently residing in Kuwait

 Available for local transfer

 Strong communication and organizational skills

 Attention to detail and ability to handle HR documentation

• Support daily HR and administrative activities
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Coordinate employee files, attendance, and related records
• Support payroll and HR reporting functions
• Assist with employee communications and HR operations
• Ensure compliance with company HR procedures
