Job Vacancy: HR & Payroll Officer – Construction & Oil & Gas Company

A well-established Construction & Oil & Gas company in Kuwait, operating successfully since 1981, is looking for an experienced and dedicated HR & Payroll Officer to join its team.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HR administration, payroll processing, employee records, HRMS, Kuwait Labour Law, and employee-related coordination. Candidates with construction, contracting, manpower, or Oil & Gas industry experience will have an added advantage.

• Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Handle employee attendance, overtime, leave, deductions, and allowances.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage day-to-day HR administration and employee-related activities.
• Ensure HR and payroll processes comply with Kuwait Labour Law and company policies.
• Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR and payroll matters.
• Prepare monthly payroll and employee-related reports.
• Maintain and update employee information in the HRMS / HR Management System.
• Assist with payroll-related queries and resolve employee issues when required.
• Ensure payroll information is accurate, complete, and properly documented.

• Relevant experience in HR & Payroll is required.
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law and HR practices.
• Good understanding of payroll processing and HR administration.
• Familiarity with HRMS / HR Management Systems.
• Experience in Construction, Oil & Gas, Contracting, Manpower, or similar industries is highly advantageous.
• Previous Oil & Gas industry experience will be a strong advantage.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Candidates with relevant Kuwait experience will be given preference.
• Indian nationality preferred.

• Salary: KWD 400–600 per month
• Final salary will depend on:
