The company is looking for an experienced Outdoor Sales Executive who can develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with customers across Kuwait.

• Promote forklifts, material handling equipment, and related services to customers.
• Visit existing and potential customers across Kuwait.
• Generate new sales leads and business opportunities.
• Take customer orders and follow up on inquiries.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, and potential sales.
• Identify new market opportunities.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and the internal sales team.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or outdoor sales.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of the Kuwait market is preferred.
• Ability to develop new customers and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel and regularly visit customers.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Valid Article 18 transferable visa required.
• Valid Kuwait driving license required.
• Personal car is mandatory.
• Candidates from Kerala are preferred.
• Immediate joining preferred.

An experienced Forklift Technician is also required to handle maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of material handling equipment across Kuwait.

• Diagnose and repair faults in forklift engines and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic systems and mechanical components.
• Identify equipment problems and complete necessary repairs.

• Conduct regular equipment inspections.
• Perform scheduled servicing and preventive maintenance.
• Help minimize unexpected equipment breakdowns.

• Respond to emergency equipment breakdowns.
• Carry out repairs at warehouses, ports, industrial sites, and customer locations.
• Troubleshoot equipment efficiently to reduce downtime.

• Travel to different customer and warehouse locations across Kuwait.
• Provide on-site maintenance and repair services.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding equipment issues.

• Ensure repaired and maintained equipment meets applicable safety requirements.
• Follow proper workshop and on-site safety procedures.

• Diploma or ITI qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–8 years of hands-on experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Experience with:
  • Forklifts
  • Reach trucks
  • Pallet jacks
  • Other material handling equipment
• Strong knowledge of diesel and electric systems.
• Good knowledge of hydraulic systems and mechanical components.
• Experience with Toyota, Linde, or Jungheinrich equipment is a major advantage.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel to customer and warehouse locations across Kuwait.
• Transferable Article 18 (Ahli) visa required.
• Any nationality may apply.
