Hiring Specialty Coffee Barista in Kuwait

An exciting new specialty coffee brand launching in Dajeej, Kuwait, is recruiting passionate Baristas and Assistant Baristas to deliver artisan beverages and warm guest hospitality.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Grind, dose, tamp, and extract artisan espresso blends using commercial espresso machines.
• Steam microfoam milk and pour intricate latte art on hot coffee specialties.
• Prepare manual drip brews (V60, Chemex, Aeropress) and seasonal iced beverages.
• Maintain coffee bar cleanliness, rinse portafilters, and backflush group heads regularly.
• Engage guests enthusiastically, explain coffee origin profiles, and process orders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a barista in specialty coffee shops or modern cafés.
• Passionate about coffee craftsmanship and beverage presentation.
• Valid Kuwait Baladiya health card or eligibility to receive one.
• Transferable residency status.
