A premier specialty coffee enterprise in Kuwait is urgently seeking a qualified, diligent, and competent Specialty Coffee Barista to join its team in Abu Halifa, Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily assigned artisanal coffee brewing duties in full compliance with specialty cafe standards.
• Dial in single-origin espresso grinders and extract balanced espresso shots with high precision.
• Prepare pour-over brews (V60, Chemex, Aeropress) and craft intricate latte art on milk drinks.
• Engage courteously with guests, offering knowledgeable recommendations on flavor profiles and origins.
• Ensure proper care, sanitization, and maintenance of high-end espresso machinery and brewing tools.
• Maintain clean, organized, and aesthetically inviting coffee bar workstations throughout shift hours.
• Adhere strictly to Kuwait Labor Law regulations and cafe food safety standards.

Requirements

• 2-5 Years of relevant specialty coffee barista experience in Kuwait or GCC preferred.
• SCA Barista Certification or equivalent coffee training credential.
• Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa (Article 18 or 22).
• Demonstrated passion for coffee craft and ability to work in high-tempo customer environments.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-facing skills.
• High degree of punctuality, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Immediate availability to commence employment is highly preferred.
