Job Vacancy: Assistant Storekeeper – F&B Warehouse | Overseas Hiring from India

A well-known restaurant and catering chain in Kuwait is looking for an experienced Assistant Storekeeper to manage the receiving, storage, issuing, and inventory control of food, beverages, packaging materials, and other F&B supplies.

• Receive incoming food, beverage, packaging, and other F&B supplies.
• Check received items against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Inspect products for quantity, quality, damage, and expiry dates.
• Maintain proper storage conditions for food and other supplies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hygienic.
• Follow FIFO and FEFO stock rotation procedures.
• Monitor product expiry dates and ensure timely stock usage.
• Issue stock to restaurant outlets and departments against approved requisitions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock documentation.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, and wastage.
• Ensure food storage and warehouse activities comply with hygiene and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with purchasing, kitchen, and outlet teams when required.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in an F&B warehouse or storekeeping role.
• Candidates with GCC experience will be given preference.
• Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
• Practical understanding of FIFO / FEFO stock rotation.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience with inventory or stock management systems is preferred.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Good numerical and record-keeping abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to maintain proper hygiene and storage standards.
