Urgent hire for a Delivery Supervisor to lead and manage delivery operations across Shuwaikh. The role focuses on supervising drivers, ensuring on‑time deliveries, maintaining service standards, and improving route efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery team: assign routes, supervise drivers, and monitor daily performance.
Manage operations: coordinate pickups, deliveries, and returns to meet schedules.
Ensure compliance: enforce safety, vehicle maintenance, and company delivery procedures.
Coach and develop staff: train drivers on customer service, route planning, and handling goods.
Report and improve: prepare daily/weekly delivery reports and suggest process improvements.
Handle escalations: resolve customer or driver issues and coordinate with operations/warehouse.
Nationality: Indian nationals only.
Experience: Proven experience in logistics and delivery operations; previous supervisory role mandatory.
Skills: Strong leadership, team management, route planning, and communication skills.
Practical: Ability to manage and direct delivery drivers efficiently under pressure.
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
Documentation: Valid residency/visa and contactable in Kuwait.
