Hiring – Deputy General Manager
A reputed organization in Kuwait is looking for an experienced and strategic Deputy General Manager to support business operations, investment planning, industrial activities, and overall management functions.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in industrial manufacturing, trading, engineering, and business development, with the ability to handle senior-level responsibilities and work closely with the board of directors.
Job Responsibilities- Support the General Manager and board in business planning and strategic decision-making.
- Oversee and coordinate industrial manufacturing and trading operations.
- Develop feasibility studies, business plans, and new investment proposals.
- Analyze market opportunities and support business expansion strategies.
- Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, financial institutions, and business partners.
- Provide reports and updates to senior management and the board.
- Handle administrative, financial, and operational matters as required.
- Adapt to changing business requirements and take responsibility for multiple functions.
- Support business growth initiatives across different sectors.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial manufacturing and trading businesses.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Building materials
- General engineering
- Oil & Gas sector
- Industrial operations
- Good understanding of banking, finance, marketing, and administration.
- Experience in preparing feasibility studies and investment proposals.
- Ability to manage complex business activities and responsibilities.
- GCC experience is preferred.
- Engineering degree will be an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience dealing with international clients, foreign companies, and complex business matters.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
