Role Summary
A leading oil and gas contractor in Kuwait urgently requires a Foreman Steel Factory to lead workshop fabrication activities, ensure quality, and meet production targets. Immediate joiners with a transferable visa are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise cutting, welding, bending, and assembly operations.
- Ensure compliance with fabrication drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor production targets and allocate manpower to meet schedules.
- Coordinate with project and stores teams for materials and deliveries.
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain workshop discipline and training.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in steel fabrication supervision.
- Visa: Transferable visa required; immediate availability preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, ability to read drawings, quality control experience, and familiarity with workshop tools and welding processes.
- Attributes: Results‑oriented, safety conscious, and able to manage teams under pressure.
