Sales Engineer Lubricants Jobs in Kuwait

Role Summary
A growing lubricant supplier in Kuwait is hiring a Sales Engineer to build brand presence, grow market share, and develop technical sales across automotive, industrial, and marine segments.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute market entry and growth plans for lubricant products.
• Identify and target key sectors: automotive workshops, transport fleets, construction, industrial plants, marine, and oil & gas.
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, resellers, fleet owners, and direct customers.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients on product benefits and correct applications.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends and feed insights into product and pricing strategy.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and action plans to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Support pricing, promotions, and partnership development with management.
• Provide after‑sales technical support and troubleshoot product application issues.

Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years sales experience in lubricants, automotive chemicals, or industrial fluids in Kuwait.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of lubricants, oils, grease, and their applications across industries.
• Network: Existing contacts within automotive workshops, transport fleets, construction, industrial, or oil & gas sectors is a strong advantage.
• Skills: Proven track record in developing sales plans and achieving targets; excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Language: English required; Arabic is a plus.
• Logistics: Valid Kuwait driving license and transferable visa required.
• Availability: Immediate or short‑notice joiners preferred.
