Role Summary
A leading Equipment & Rental Company in Kuwait is seeking a detail‑oriented female Secretary with sales and logistics experience to support the Sales & Marketing Manager and ensure smooth administrative and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk‑ins regarding equipment availability and pricing.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, rental agreements, and invoices.
• Process sales orders and rental bookings in the system and update CRM records.
• Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, approvals, and pending orders.
• Follow up on payments and outstanding invoices and manage rental extensions.
• Check equipment availability with yard and workshop before confirming orders.
• Assist in resolving customer issues related to delivery, damage, or equipment replacement.
• Prepare sales reports and monthly performance summaries.
Qualifications and Experience
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years in administrative, logistics, or sales roles; experience in equipment rental, construction, or industrial sectors preferred.
• Skills: Strong MS Office skills; ERP experience is an advantage.
• Attributes: Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure, strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Nationality: Indian only.
• Gender: Female.

• Reporting To: Sales & Marketing Manager.
• Employment Type: Full‑time, on‑site.
• Location: Kuwait.
• Preferred: Immediate availability and transferable residency as per employer requirements.
