Role Summary
A leading company in Kuwait is urgently hiring a qualified HR Officer to join immediately. The role requires extensive HR experience, strong knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law, and hands‑on expertise in HR systems and processes.
Requirements
• Immediate joiner (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Female candidates preferred.
• 6–8 years of HR experience.
• Must hold Article 18 – Transferable Visa.
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law.
• Hands‑on experience in:
• Development & implementation of HR policies & procedures.
• Performance appraisal processes.
• Employee relations management.
• Payroll processing, compliance, and salary structures.
• Compensation & benefits administration.
• End‑of‑service settlement procedures.
• Odoo ERP experience highly preferred.
Offer
• Basic Salary: 500–600 KD.
• Additional benefits as per Kuwait Labour Law.
