Job Vacancy: Project Engineers & Sales Engineers Required – Kuwait (Local Hiring Only)

A leading Oil & Gas Services and Trading Company in Kuwait is looking for experienced and qualified professionals to join their team. Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait with relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate project activities from planning to completion.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare project reports and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project requirements.
• Support site operations and resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Oil & Gas and government sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Coordinate with customers to understand project requirements.
• Follow up on sales activities and maintain client satisfaction.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in the Oil & Gas sector and government projects required.
• Strong technical knowledge and industry understanding.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Transferable Article 18 residency required.
• Must be currently residing in Kuwait.
• Immediate availability preferred.
