Role Summary
- Supervise blasting and painting operations across workshop projects.
- Ensure compliance with KOC/KNPC standards, safety procedures, and quality specifications.
- Coordinate teams of technicians and contractors; schedule work and monitor progress.
- Inspect surface preparation and paint application, verify material compatibility, and sign off on completed jobs.
- Maintain documentation for approvals, permits, and quality records.
Requirements
- Valid KOC or KNPC approval (mandatory).
- Proven experience supervising blasting and painting in industrial or heavy‑duty environments.
- Strong knowledge of surface preparation, abrasive blasting, coating systems, and inspection methods.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, PPE, and confined space procedures.
- Immediate availability and ability to join on short notice.
- Good communication and team leadership skills.
