Job Brief
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Finance Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Maintain accurate financial records (journal entries, ledgers, accounts receivable/payable).
- Reconcile transactions, accounts, and discrepancies.
- Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Monitor and track expenses and budgets for compliance.
- Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and operations teams.
- Provide support during audits and examinations.
- Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting/finance.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn.
