Telecom Project Coordinator

Kuwait — Candidates must be currently working/located in Kuwait
Role Summary
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Telecom Project Coordinator to support telecom site implementation, RF activities, and infrastructure projects. The role requires close coordination with field teams, clients, and vendors to ensure timely, safe, and quality delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate site activities: surveys, installation, commissioning, and integration.
- Support planning and scheduling using project management tools and trackers.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor daily site progress and prepare clear project status reports.
- Ensure HSE compliance and adherence to client quality requirements.
- Track materials, logistics, and resource allocation for multiple sites.
- Assist in risk identification and mitigation planning.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years in telecom project coordination, site supervision, or similar roles.
- Technical knowledge: Telecom infrastructure (Towers, BTS, MW, Fiber, RF).
- Tools: Familiarity with MS Project, Excel, and basic project management tools.
- Skills: Strong communication, reporting, and multi‑tasking abilities.
- HSE awareness: Knowledge of safety procedures on telecom sites preferred.
- Availability: Must be currently in Kuwait and able to manage multiple site visits.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in 4G/5G rollout projects.
- Previous work with vendors such as Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia.
- Understanding of site access permits and site documentation processes.
