Warehouse Supervisor

Role Summary
Lead daily warehouse operations for a fast‑paced food and beverage distribution environment. Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of F&B products while maintaining food safety, inventory accuracy, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of F&B products.
- Enforce food safety and hygiene standards including temperature control, FIFO, and contamination prevention.
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
- Supervise warehouse team: assign tasks, coach staff, monitor attendance and performance.
- Optimize storage and layout to maximize space utilization and reduce handling time.
- Coordinate logistics with transport teams and external carriers to meet delivery schedules.
- Maintain records and reports: daily activity logs, stock movement, wastage, and KPI dashboards.
- Ensure safety compliance and conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and incident reporting.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in warehouse supervision, preferably in F&B distribution.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of food safety (HACCP, GMP) and cold chain management.
- Technical skills: Familiar with WMS, barcode systems, and MS Excel.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff.
- Attributes: Detail oriented, organized, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical: Able to perform periodic floor duties and lifting as required.
- Residency: Must be available in Kuwait with valid work authorization.
Performance Indicators
- Inventory accuracy percentage.
- Order fulfillment rate and on‑time dispatch.
- Wastage and spoilage reduction.
- Team productivity and adherence to safety standards.
