Role Overview
A growing sales team is hiring ambitious field sales personnel (male/female) for door‑to‑door and business‑to‑business outreach. This is a performance‑driven role with a 30‑day probation; strong performers may be offered a permanent position with a residence visa.

Key Requirements
- Languages: English or Arabic or both.
- Experience: Prior sales or field sales experience preferred.
- Interpersonal: Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision makers.
- Mobility: Driving ability is a plus but not mandatory.
- Attributes: Ambitious, target‑oriented, presentable, and reliable.

Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits and approach potential clients.
- Present products/services and close sales or arrange follow ups.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and sales activity.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team and report progress during probation.
