Admin / Finance
Role Overview
Innovative International Group Company is seeking a qualified female Admin / Finance professional to join the team immediately. The role combines administrative support with basic finance duties in a professional office environment.
Working Hours and Joining
- Duty timing: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Joining: Immediate availability preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage general administrative tasks and office coordination.
- Support basic finance activities such as invoicing, petty cash, and record keeping.
- Maintain accurate filing and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Assist with communication and scheduling for management.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification and experience in administration or finance.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work professionally and maintain confidentiality.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Candidates living near the office will be prioritized.
