Position Overview
We are looking for a female HR Specialist to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law, experience with HR information systems, and a background in legal or labor rights.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee records and HRIS data.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Advise on Kuwait Labor Law and legal rights.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
- Coordinate with management on HR and legal matters.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems.
- Experience in legal matters or labor rights preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and cultural awareness.
- Available to work 6 days a week, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
