Position
Outdoor Sales Promoter / Sales Boy
Location
Lulu Hypermarket, Kuwait
Role Overview
Urgently required young, experienced sales promoter (Malayali or Tamil) to promote perfumes inside Lulu Hypermarket. The role is customer‑facing, target‑driven, and requires excellent interpersonal skills to engage shoppers and convert footfall into sales.
Key Requirements
• Nationality / Language: Malayali or Tamil background preferred; ability to communicate comfortably with Malayali customers is an advantage.
• Experience: Prior sales experience required.
• Age: Young, energetic candidates preferred.
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
• Work Hours: 11 hours per day.
• Salary: Starting KD 220.
• Attitude: Friendly, persuasive, presentable, and customer‑service oriented.
Main Responsibilities
• Approach and engage customers inside the hypermarket.
• Demonstrate and promote perfume products; explain features and benefits.
• Drive on‑the‑spot sales and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain product displays and samples; ensure tidy promotional area.
• Record sales, handle cash or POS as required, and report daily results.
• Coordinate with supervisors for stock replenishment and promotions.
