• Monitor the complete Order-to-Cash revenue cycle.
• Reconcile revenue data between CRM, billing systems, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Ensure all active services and customer contracts are accurately billed.
• Perform regular revenue reconciliations and gap analysis.
• Review tariffs and customer contracts to ensure correct configuration in billing systems and network platforms.

• Identify potential revenue errors, billing gaps, and revenue leakage.
• Investigate discrepancies in financial and operational data.
• Support fraud prevention and revenue protection initiatives.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend long-term corrective solutions.
• Document processes designed to reduce financial risks and revenue losses.

• Perform quality assurance testing for system changes affecting revenue processing.
• Support improvements to billing and revenue management systems.
• Identify opportunities to reduce processing time and minimize errors.
• Document revenue flows and create monitoring processes.
• Work with technical and financial teams to improve revenue-related processes.

• Strong understanding of financial principles, revenue recognition, and billing cycles.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including:
  • VLOOKUP
  • Pivot Tables
  • Data analysis and modeling
• Experience with ERP and financial systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to investigate large volumes of data and identify discrepancies.
• Good knowledge of process mapping and revenue control.

• Manage and maintain core MPLS, IP, Metro Ethernet, and Data Centre networks.
• Execute network infrastructure projects and new service deployments.
• Provide Level 3 technical support for complex network incidents and outages.
• Design and implement network solutions for enterprise and VIP customers.
• Configure and maintain routing protocols including:
  • BGP
  • OSPF
  • IS-IS
  • RIP
  • EIGRP
• Deploy and support:
  • MPLS L2VPN
  • MPLS L3VPN
  • VPLS
  • Metro Ethernet
  • DWDM
  • VPN
  • IPv6
  • QoS
  • Multicast services
• Manage CDN infrastructure and caching platforms, including Google, Facebook, Netflix, Akamai, and Zscaler.
• Support Internet Exchange Point (IXP) connectivity and global network interconnections.
• Perform preventive maintenance, network monitoring, fault management, and capacity planning.
• Prepare and maintain network documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD).
• Assist pre-sales teams with technical solution design and customer proposals.

• Strong knowledge of DWDM technologies.
• Experience with ROADM and FOADM architectures.
• Knowledge of optical amplifiers such as EDFA and Raman.
• Experience with transponders and muxponders.
• Understanding of optical channel planning and layouts.
• Knowledge of OTN / Optical Transport Network principles.

• Strong understanding of modern data centre architecture.
• Knowledge of spine-leaf network architecture.
• Understanding of virtualization and Software-Defined Networking (SDN).
• Experience with hybrid cloud connectivity.
• Ability to support high-availability and enterprise-grade network environments.

• Strong experience with Cisco, Huawei, and Juniper networking platforms.
• Expert knowledge of:
  • MPLS
  • Carrier Ethernet
  • IP Routing
  • Switching
  • VPN
  • Telecom infrastructure
  • ISP networks
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Experience working in telecom operator, ISP, or data centre environments.
• Knowledge of voice technologies such as ISDN, SIP, PBX, and Cisco Call Manager is an added advantage.
