A reputable laundry chain in Kuwait is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Laundry Person to join its team.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience in washing, ironing, garment handling, sorting, folding, and steam press operation and should be able to maintain high standards of garment care and cleanliness.
Job Responsibilities- Wash and handle different types of clothes with proper care.
- Sort garments according to fabric type, color, and washing requirements.
- Operate washing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform professional ironing of different types of garments.
- Operate a steam press correctly and safely.
- Fold and prepare cleaned garments for customers.
- Inspect garments for stains, damage, or special care requirements.
- Follow proper garment-care and laundry procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the laundry area.
- Handle laundry equipment and tools responsibly.
- Complete daily laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Work cooperatively with other laundry team members.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant laundry experience preferred.
- Must currently be residing in Kuwait.
- Practical knowledge of washing and garment care.
- Experience with professional ironing is required.
- Ability to operate a steam press.
- Knowledge of sorting, folding, and preparing garments.
- Hardworking, responsible, and punctual.
- Able to work efficiently in a team environment.
- Good attention to detail and garment-handling practices.
- No specific educational qualification is required.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Salary: KWD 150–170 per month.
