Operations Supervisor Job in Kuwait

AL Thiqa AL Motamada Company, a growing name in the 3PL logistics sector, is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Supervisor to join our team in Kuwait.

The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily logistics and delivery activities, ensuring operational efficiency, high performance, and compliance with company standards.

Kuwait

• Supervise and manage daily logistics and delivery operations
• Monitor driver performance, attendance, and productivity
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational KPIs
• Coordinate effectively with clients, fleet teams, and internal departments
• Handle operational issues and provide timely and effective solutions
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain accurate operational records
• Support continuous improvement of logistics processes and service quality

• Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or 3PL operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
