Procurement Manager – Lubricants

A leading lubricants company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced professional to support its international business operations and supplier/distributor network.

• Support procurement and international business activities within the lubricants sector.
• Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and international business partners.

• Evaluate market opportunities, pricing, and commercial terms.
• Support negotiations with suppliers and distributors to achieve competitive terms.
• Coordinate export and international logistics requirements.
• Ensure proper handling of export documentation and shipping arrangements.
• Coordinate with logistics and other departments to ensure smooth international shipments.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with international partners and distributors.

• Maintain accurate records of procurement, commercial, and international trade activities.
• Prepare reports and updates for management as required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in lubricants, petrochemicals, automotive downstream, export sales, procurement, or international trade.
• Experience in developing international markets and distributor networks.
• Strong knowledge of:

  • International shipping documentation
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
• Good supplier and distributor relationship management abilities.
• International market experience is essential.
