Job Responsibilities- Support procurement and international business activities within the lubricants sector.
- Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and international business partners.
- Identify and develop relationships with suppliers and business partners in international markets.
- Evaluate market opportunities, pricing, and commercial terms.
- Support negotiations with suppliers and distributors to achieve competitive terms.
- Coordinate export and international logistics requirements.
- Ensure proper handling of export documentation and shipping arrangements.
- Coordinate with logistics and other departments to ensure smooth international shipments.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with international partners and distributors.
- Support business development and expansion into new international markets.
- Ensure transactions follow applicable international trade requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement, commercial, and international trade activities.
- Prepare reports and updates for management as required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in lubricants, petrochemicals, automotive downstream, export sales, procurement, or international trade.
- Experience in developing international markets and distributor networks.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Incoterms
- Letters of Credit (LC)
- Export logistics
- International trade compliance
- International shipping documentation
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
- Good supplier and distributor relationship management abilities.
- International market experience is essential.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
