Project Engineer – Oil & Gas Jobs in Kuwait

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our Oil & Gas Division in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, project management experience, and the ability to successfully lead engineering projects from planning through execution. • Provide technical and engineering support throughout all project phases.
• Assist in bid preparation, tender submissions, and coordination with clients and principals.
• Prepare RFQs and evaluate technical and commercial vendor quotations.
• Manage project execution, including engineering, procurement, contracting, and site coordination.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and third-party stakeholders.
• Develop competitive technical proposals that meet client specifications.
• Conduct market research to support business development and strategic planning.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, reports, drawings, and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with Oil & Gas industry standards, company policies, and client requirements.
  

• Strong project management and engineering coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to interpret and develop BFDs (Block Flow Diagrams), PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams), and P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams).
• Knowledge of cost estimation, tendering, bidding, and procurement processes.
• Experience in proposal writing, contract evaluation, compliance, and vendor negotiations.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an added advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Process Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong knowledge of upstream Oil & Gas operations and engineering standards.
• Experience managing engineering, procurement, and project execution activities.
• Valid Kuwait driving license is preferred.

• Candidates currently residing in Kuwait.
• Experience with EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Candidates with experience in tendering, procurement, project execution, and client coordination.
