Job Vacancy: Project Manager – Catering | Indian Candidates

A catering company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Catering to manage and supervise catering operations at oil rigs and remote sites.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in catering project management, food safety, team supervision, client coordination, and cost control. Candidates with Oil & Gas or rig catering experience will be preferred.

• Manage day-to-day catering operations at rigs and remote locations.
• Supervise catering teams and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate with clients and understand their catering requirements.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and food safety.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, HSE, and company safety procedures.
• Monitor food costs and control unnecessary expenses.
• Minimize food wastage while maintaining required quality standards.
• Plan manpower and coordinate staff duties according to operational requirements.
• Monitor food preparation, service, storage, and overall catering activities.
• Handle client concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, management, and site teams.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and work toward maintaining zero customer complaints.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and required documentation.
• Ensure catering services are delivered efficiently and according to contract requirements.

• Indian nationality required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in catering or project management.
• Experience in rig catering or remote-site catering is highly preferred.
• HACCP Level 3 certification is mandatory.
• HSE Certificate is mandatory.
• Valid Kuwait Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of:
