Hiring – Sales Coordinator Required in Kuwait
A leading logistics and shipping company in Kuwait is looking for an organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support its sales and operations teams.
The position is open to candidates currently residing in Kuwait only. Candidates with experience in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, or sales coordination are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities- Coordinate with customers and the sales team to manage sales requirements and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, job orders, invoices, and other sales documents accurately and on time.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and pending requirements.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, operations, and finance teams.
- Maintain updated customer records and sales activity information.
- Track quotations, orders, and delivery status.
- Follow up on pending quotations and ensure timely action.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, delivery schedules, and services.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales documents.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and internal departments.
- Previous experience in a freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping company is preferred.
- Experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, or Sales Administrator is an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Strong customer service and organizational abilities.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Good command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait.
- Salary: KWD 300–350 per month.
- Salary depends on relevant experience and qualifications.
- Full-time position.
