Job Vacancy: Valet Parking Supervisor

A new valet parking operation in Kuwait is looking for an experienced and responsible Valet Parking Supervisor to lead the daily parking operations and supervise the valet team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in valet parking, strong team management skills, and excellent customer service abilities.

• Supervise daily valet parking operations and ensure smooth service.
• Manage, guide, and coordinate valet parking staff.
• Assign duties and parking responsibilities to team members.
• Ensure vehicles are handled, parked, and returned safely and efficiently.
• Monitor staff performance and maintain professional service standards.
• Ensure proper vehicle key management and parking procedures.
• Handle customer requests, concerns, and service issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicles and daily parking activities.
• Ensure staff follow safety, security, and company procedures.
• Coordinate with management regarding operational requirements.
• Train and guide new valet staff when required.
• Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the valet parking area.
• Help resolve operational issues quickly to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Previous experience in valet parking operations is required.
• Previous experience as a Valet Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role is preferred.
• Good knowledge of valet parking procedures and vehicle handling.
• Strong staff supervision and team management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Kuwait driving license is preferred.
• Must be currently residing in Kuwait.
• Responsible, professional, and well-organized.
