Job Vacancy: Waiter Required – Kuwait

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Waiter to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have experience in restaurant, café, or hospitality service and be confident in dealing with customers.

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Seat customers and provide menus.
• Explain menu items and dishes when required.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Respond to customer questions and requests.
• Handle customer complaints politely and professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the dining experience.

• 1–3 years of experience in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality.
• Experience in a premium or branded restaurant is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Diploma or certification in Hospitality / Hotel Management is an advantage.
• Basic training in customer service or F&B service is preferred.
• Candidates who have attended TAJ Training programmes or completed an internship in a premium branded restaurant are highly preferred.
• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.
• Good knowledge of restaurant service standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Good English communication skills are mandatory.
