Role Overview

We are hiring a Commis III (Bakery) to join a high‑volume, premium kitchen. The role supports daily bakery production, follows SOPs and recipes, and helps maintain consistent quality and timely output.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake bakery items (breads, pastries, simple desserts) according to recipes and SOPs.

• Measure, mix, cut, and portion ingredients; support mise en place.

• Assist production flow to ensure timely output in a fast‑paced environment.

• Maintain workstation cleanliness and equipment hygiene; follow food safety and sanitation standards.

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to senior chefs.

• Support basic finishing and presentation of bakery items.

• Follow kitchen procedures and comply with management instructions.

Requirements

• Previous bakery experience required.

• Ability to work in a high‑volume kitchen and handle 12‑hour duty shifts.

• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

• Punctual, reliable, and able to work under pressure.

Working Conditions and Benefits

• Duty: 12 hours per day.

• Weekly off: 1 day.

• Salary: 130 KD per month.

• Accommodation and transportation: Provided by company.

• Duty meal: Provided.

• Live‑out allowance: Provided if applicable.

• Immediate joiners: Preferred.
