A manufacturing company in Shuwaikh is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant proficient in Tally to manage full accounting from entries through finalization and to calculate material costs accurately. Candidates must hold a transferable residency and be available for local hire.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and post accounting entries and maintain ledgers.
• Calculate material cost and maintain accurate cost records.
• Prepare financial accounts up to finalization, including trial balance and financial statements.
• Perform reconciliations for banks, suppliers, and inventory.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes and statutory reporting.
• Maintain accounting controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
• Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Accountant in a manufacturing or similar environment.
• Software: Strong working knowledge of Tally.
• Skills: Solid understanding of cost accounting, inventory valuation, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Residency: Transferable residency mandatory.
• Location: Must be currently in Kuwait or available for local hire in Shuwaikh.
