Hiring IT Operations Executive – 3PL / Warehousing & Logistics in Kuwait
We are seeking an IT Operations Executive to manage and support our logistics IT ecosystem, including e-commerce platforms, WMS, servers, networks, and internal users. The role will work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across our 3PL facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support Shopify, WooCommerce (multi-tenant), and UPayment integrations
• Handle client requirements, testing, issue resolution, and coordination with vendors
• Support and troubleshoot Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations
• Assist with inbound, outbound, inventory, and integration-related system changes
• Monitor servers, performance, uptime, backups, and basic security
• Manage local network, switches, routers, printers, scanners, and warehouse IT equipment
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues to minimize downtime
• Manage user roles and access control across systems
• Act as point of contact for IT-related projects and vendors
Requirements:
• 3–6 years of experience in IT support, systems, or operations
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and WooCommerce
• Experience supporting WMS or ERP systems (logistics background preferred)
• Knowledge of servers (Linux/Windows), networking (LAN/WAN), APIs, and application testing
• Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills
• Experience in warehouse or logistics environments preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
• Background in 3PL, logistics, e-commerce, or warehousing
• Knowledge of payment gateways (UPayment or similar)
• Ability to coordinate multiple vendors and stakeholders
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable supporting both office and warehouse teams
