Job Description
Gulf SPIC General Trading & Contracting Company W.L.L. is hiring experienced engineering and project control professionals for a KNPC project involving the replacement of a Flue Gas Cooler and associated facilities.
Candidates with relevant Oil & Gas, EPC, refinery, and KNPC project experience are encouraged to apply. Previous KNPC approval is preferred for several positions.
Available Positions1. Project Control Engineer- Salary: KWD 1,100/month
- Experience: 20 years
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Lead planning engineers, costing engineers, and planners.
- Monitor overall project control, planning, scheduling, and cost activities.
- Ensure project control functions follow established company procedures.
- Previous KNPC approval preferred.
- Salary: KWD 1,000/month
- Experience: 15 years
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Prepare and maintain the project baseline schedule.
- Cover engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
- Prepare progress measurement procedures and project control documents.
- Develop planned progress S-curves, manpower and equipment histograms.
- Generate resource and progress curves.
- Previous KNPC approval preferred.
- Salary: KWD 1,000/month
- Experience: 15 years
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Prepare cost allocation codes and project budgets.
- Establish baseline costs for activities and tasks.
- Work with the Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS).
- Prepare cash-flow forecasts and expenditure trends.
- Monitor project spending against approved budgets.
- Previous KNPC approval preferred.
- Salary: KWD 900/month
- Experience: 12 years
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Metallurgy Engineering
- Lead QA/QC activities for Oil & Gas EPC projects.
- Implement and maintain the project Quality Management System.
- Prepare and manage QA/QC documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, vendors, suppliers, construction, and subcontractors.
- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor experience required.
- Knowledge of Shell DEP and KNPC Engineering Standards.
- Previous KNPC approval preferred.
- Salary: KWD 800/month
- Experience: 10 years
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Metallurgy Engineering
- Handle QA/QC activities for Oil & Gas EPC projects.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and different inspection disciplines.
- Manage final quality documentation.
- Prepare PTO/MC systems, testing documentation, and tie-in packs.
- Knowledge of Shell DEP and KNPC Engineering Standards.
- Previous KNPC approval preferred.
- Salary: KWD 900/month
- Experience: 12 years
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Manage site HSE activities for Oil & Gas construction projects.
- Develop and implement the project HSE plan and site-specific procedures.
- Ensure HSE requirements are incorporated into construction planning and work methods.
- Coordinate with clients and project teams.
- Maintain HSE documentation and ensure compliance with KNPC HSE requirements.
- Previous KNPC approval preferred.
- Salary: KWD 1,100/month
- Experience: 20 years
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Provide guidance on contractual, project control, and procurement matters.
- Handle contract administration and interpretation.
- Manage variations, risk analysis, claims, and damages assessment.
- Support commercial agreements, contract amendments, notices, claims, and settlement documentation.
- Previous KNPC approval preferred.
- Salary: KWD 800/month
- Experience: 10 years
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Review contract documents, specifications, and amendments.
- Support project execution strategies and implementation schedules.
- Provide technical guidance and project control support.
- Coordinate planning and site execution activities.
- Ensure project requirements and contractual obligations are properly followed.
- Previous KNPC approval preferred.
- Salary: KWD 700/month
- Experience: 8 years
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Metallurgy Engineering
- Manage material stock, inventory, and project requirements.
- Monitor material issues and take appropriate corrective action.
- Oversee material receiving and client inspection requirements.
- Monitor MIN and MRIR reports and identify material shortages.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure required tools and consumables are available.
- Previous KNPC approval preferred.
- Relevant engineering degree from a recognized university.
- Strong experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, refinery, petrochemical, or industrial projects, depending on the position.
- Candidates must have the required years of experience for the position applied for.
- Previous KNPC approval is preferred.
- Strong technical, project management, communication, and reporting skills.
- Candidates must be eligible for local transfer in Kuwait.
