Hiring Project Engineer – Civil Engineering Background
A company in Mangaf, Kuwait is looking for a qualified and motivated Project Engineer with a Civil Engineering background to join its team.
Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Experience or technical knowledge in dewatering and shoring will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities- Assist in planning and coordinating day-to-day project activities.
- Support the execution of civil engineering works according to project requirements.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, subcontractors, and other project personnel.
- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed according to schedule.
- Assist with manpower, materials, and equipment coordination.
- Review project requirements, drawings, and technical documents as required.
- Monitor site activities to ensure work is carried out according to specifications.
- Assist in identifying and resolving technical or site-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with management and project teams regarding progress and requirements.
- Ensure site activities follow applicable safety and quality procedures.
- Support the successful completion of projects within required timelines.
- Civil Engineering background required.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience is acceptable.
- Good understanding of civil engineering and construction activities.
- Knowledge or experience in dewatering and shoring is an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with site and project teams.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in a project/site environment.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting project deadlines.
