Urgent Hiring – Safety Engineer Required
A company in Ahmadi, Kuwait is looking for an experienced and responsible Safety Engineer to join the team on an immediate basis.
Candidates with relevant local Kuwait experience are encouraged to apply. KOC Approval is an advantage and may be preferred for suitable projects.
Job Responsibilities- Monitor daily site activities and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
- Identify potential workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and site walkthroughs.
- Ensure workers follow approved safety procedures and use proper PPE.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports.
- Investigate incidents, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions when required.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and workers on safety matters.
- Ensure safety procedures are implemented according to project requirements.
- Support emergency preparedness and workplace safety initiatives.
- Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
- Promote a strong safety culture across the worksite.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Safety/HSE experience.
- Relevant local Kuwait experience is preferred.
- Candidates with suitable local experience may apply.
- KOC Approval is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of HSE procedures and site safety practices.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to conduct safety inspections and prepare HSE documentation.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work effectively with site teams.
